Is working out for 1 hour per day good? I hip hops abs twice daily. Plus, some other cardio workouts I found the magazine. Also, today is 70 and pretty windy out. Is willingness to brown the outside even if it is only 70 out with little wind? Trying I to get very tan this year. Has anyone tried glow things or bronzer spray tan for? I heard it was really bad. Theres this girl in my school that uses it and shes like peer orange .... eeekkk. well yeah anyways, let me know. I really need to lose more weight this summer. I need the perfect body, perfect tan, perfect hair, perfect face lol everything! I am so ready for summer. give me step by step, basic, or else. I pumped.
