Cold Hearted
What would cause someone to be cold heart? And to care about nothing but money?
I work this guy, and he so cold, he is not showing any emotion, he hates women, he treats them like garbage, and he cares about nothing but money.How a person or a person to be like this?
Just look around you. Our lives are full of ads to consumers. Our government is all about money. Women want a man with money. Everyone wants to be rich. This is the logical extent of our materialistic culture. He just wants to remove all middle stuff and cut to the chase. Unfortunately, our culture does not value our humanity but instead think of ways to make a profit from the this. This is a pretty dry, barren life compared to whovalue their humanity. Listen to the Beatle song, "Elenor Rigby" That's the future for many. Do not worry about him though. Just do your own humanity and enjoy your life and the environment it thrives in Good luck!
Heart Attack â € "causes, signs, symptoms and Treatment
Any of a number of conditions that may affect the heart. The Some examples are coronary heart disease, heart attack, cardiovascular disease, lung heart disease and high blood pressure. Heart disease is a major problem in society today for lifestyle issues such as poor diet, lack of exercise and smoking.
Heart attack (myocardial infarction or coronary thrombosis) is when The part of the heart muscle dies because it is starved of oxygen. . This occurred as a result of one or two effects of atherosclerosis:
(1) If artery to become completely blocked and ischemia becomes so extensive that oxygen-bearing tissues around the heart die.
(2) If the plaque itself develops fissures or tears. Blood platelets adhere to the site from the seal plate, and a blood clot (thrombus) forms. Heart attack can then occur if the formed blood clot completely that blocks passage of oxygen-rich blood to the heart.
Often, this happens when a blood clot forms in one of the other coronary emphysema (vessels blood to the heart muscle), which blocks the blood supply. Occasionally, blockage is caused by spasm (sudden narrowing) of a coronary artery.
Caused by attack heart:
A heart attack happens when a blood vessel in or near the heart becomes blocked. Not enough blood can get to that part of the muscle heart. Area of the heart muscle stops working, so the heart is weaker. In a heart attack, you may have chest pain with nausea, indigestion, extreme weakness and sweating
Heart attack occurs when a severe blockage in an artery that carries oxygen-rich blood to the heart muscle. The blockage is usually caused by buildup of plaque (deposits of fat-like substances, or atherosclerosis) along the other wall emphysema. The sudden lack of blood flow to muscle heart deprives the heart of needed oxygen and nutrients. If blockage is not opened quickly, the heart muscle is likely to suffer serious and permanent damage as areas of tissue death.
Warning Signs for Heart Attack
â € ¢ Chest discomfort: uncomfortable pressure, squeezing or fullness.
â € ¢ difficulty in other areas of the upper body: one or both arms or back, neck, jaw or stomach.
â € ¢ inches of breath, either the chest or anxiety alone.
â € ¢ Other signs, including nausea, lightheadedness, or breaking out in a cold sweat.
Common symptoms.
Other common symptoms of a heart attack include:
â € ¢ nausea, vomiting, and cold sweats
â € ¢ A feeling of indigestion or heartburn
â € ¢ Fainting
â € ¢ A big fear imminent death, a phenomena known as angor animi
Medical treatment
Medical treatment can be started immediately, before a specific diagnosis of a heart problem is made. General treatment steps including the following:
â € ¢ oxygen through a tube in the nose or face mask
â € ¢ Nitroglycerin under the tongue
â € ¢ Pain medicines (morphine or meperidine)
â € ¢ aspirin: those allergic to aspirin can be given clopidogrel (Plavix).
Surgery
After a heart attack, you usually are given an exercise test. If this indicates that your other coronary disease lungs that narrowed, an angiogram is performed. It involves injecting a dye in the blood so that the coronary blood vessels show an X-ray. If your other emphysema is narrowed, you can sometimes be treated with angioplasty or coronary artery bypass the connection.
