How often should you use a hair mask?

I just bought herbal essences leave 'lasting relationship' hair mask that I so far love because it smells delish and leaves my hair feeling silky. You put it on and leave it for three minutes while in the shower after shampooing and conditioning. 'm Just wondering; do I use it every time I wash my hair that was every day or two I only use it once a week?
