how often shud scrub and wear a face mask?
I'm 30 yrs old woman. lately my skin looks so dull and also showing some wrinkles and loss of stability I was up until 28 years old. mask the cucumbers I have said to back the use of recommended once a week but what about the apricot scrub. I always glow after using the scrub. It is ok to use it once a week at age 30. Another problem I have of melasma, skin is not the same color as the face has dark patches of melasma and many freckles. Any other tips on how to keep a glowing young skin plz share. thanks in advance!
use sunscreen that cuz wats ur aging causes marked but make sure the oil free sunscreen that meant for ur face or that may cause u to get wrinkles and who break the NOS maybe if u still sometimes .... maybe u should also use a scrub like once a week like st ives apricot scrub or clean and clear soft in shower steam facial I have used the same work and they are very good for smooth skin and giving a little flushed PS maybe u should try dove or anti wrinkle serum wrinkle serum Garnier but try the others first and if u wear too much makeup and ur on ur rough skin, loosen up with makeup and if u use ur fingers to apply it only use ur pinky or ring finger
How to Get rid of melasma
Melasma is a brown or dark facial discoloration of the skin. Melasma is particularly common in women, especially in pregnant women. Melasma got a day-exposed areas. The symptoms of melasma are dark, irregular patches commonly found in the upper cheeks, nose, lips, upperlip, and forehead. These patches often develop gradually over time. Melasma does not cause any other symptoms beyond the cosmetic discoloration. Melasma is an acquired hypermelanosis day-exposed areas. It presents weight hyperpigmented macules, which may be confluent or punctate. The cheeks, the upper lip, the chin, and the forehead are the most common location, but it can sometimes happen someday-exposed locations. Chloasma is especially common in women aged 20-40. It affects the forehead, cheeks and upper lips. It often occurs during pregnancy and is more common in dark skins than fair skins. The most important factors in the development of melasma is exposure to sunlight. Cause of melasma is genetics, hormonal changes, and day exposure is known to play an important role.
Melasma also in patients with thyroid disease. It is thought that the overproduction of melanocyte-stimulating hormone (MSH) brought on by anxiety can cause the prevalence of this condition. Other rare causes of melasma include allergic reactions to drugs and cosmetics.Melasma is thought that the stimulation of melanocytes life or color-producing cells of the female sex hormones estrogen and progesterone to produce more melanin pigments when the skin is exposed to day. Women with a light brown skin species living in regions with intense sunlight exposure is especially sensitive to developing this condition. Genetic predisposition is a major factor in determining if a person has developed melasma. Other factors that make it more likely that a person will get melasma include using drugs to make you sensitive to the day (photosensitizing). These may include some makeup and the medicines used to treat ovarian or thyroid problems.
Teatment of melasma
Apply the bleaching cream first then the sunscreen on top.Bleaching creams contain hydroquinone, which inhibits formation of new colors. Bleaching creams take 3 to 6 months to get useful lightening pigmentation.Stop the daily bleaching cream after six months. Tretinoin always causes a degree of pinkness and peeling of skin facial that can be controlled by starting with a small building and then height. It may lose freckles, improve acne and smooth wrinkles. One day the screen will be also applied. Avoid applying bleaching cream to normal skin as it is also lighter. Sun protection is very important to reduce exposure to day face. Use a wide spectrum high protection factor sunscreen of reflectant class and applying it across the face. Avoid irritating the facial skin No strong soaps or abrasive cleaners - use only a mild soap or cleanser for washing.
Laser Peel resurfacing occasionally useful. It is very important to follow up with careful avoidance day and may also be necessary to use hydroquinone. Another way of chloasma is to use special camouflage makeup. Wear a hat with a brim to shade and protect your face. Apply sun block (such as zinc oxide or titanium dioxide) to vulnerable areas.Use sunscreen protects against both ultraviolet A and ultraviolet B radiation. The sunscreen should have a day protection factor (SPF) of at least 30. Azelaic acid cream inhibits formation of color and is also effective against acne. Try it in a small area test chloasma as described above for bleaching creams. May be mild stinging after putting it. It will continue to live use of cream. Superficial chemical peels (glycolic acid or Jessner solution) may be helpful. Deeper chemical peels run the risk of increasing pigmentation and turns due to uneven results, but may be recommended in severe cases.
Home Remedies of melasma
1.Add 20 drops lavender and chamomile essential oil for a cool and soothing the bath.
2.Grated cucumber applied all over face. The juice is good for the skin around the eyes too.
3.A thin paste of sandalwood applied to areas sunburn is useful
4.Wash the affected area with antibacterial soap to prevent the secondary infection.
5.Apply be cold Aloe gel, apple cider vinegar, or Plantain to help heal sunburn.
6.Add a little juice a lemon in milk and apply with cotton. Mayonnaise can also be used by itself. This / that helps to soothe sunburn.
7.Add 20 drop urens urtica colors in four ounces of water and bathe the bruised area.
8.Before and after showering apply coconut or neem oil on your body.
9.When you swimming in the sea, or in an open-air pool, remember to apply sunscreen before and after your swim.
10.Make a paste of barley, turmeric and yogurt in equal size. Apply it over the area.
