are the white dot on my face after I shave oil olay?

I always end up getting a small white dot in my mustache area after I shave. oil of olay is not clearly the best, so what are some good reccs? I got very sensitive skin and I use gilette quattro. thanks. so anyone know what the white will get periods? king of shaves tried and could even cut anything.
