Sunblock Ultra
Does anyone know a good sunblock that prevent tanning.?
I was looking at http://www.drugsupplystore.com/servlet/the-471/Neutrogena-Ultra-Sheer-Dry-dsh-Touch/Detail wonder if that good, has anyone tried it?
Anything with more than 7% zinc will prevent tanning, also wear a long sleevs hat and stay out of sun btn 9 and 4. Zinc is a physical suncreen and so is not only filters the suns rays it blocks it. Chemical sunscreens that filter the beam and therefore will not have the same amount of protection Tanning, you still gradually develop a tan using suncreens chemicals only. 12% is the best, Neways sunbrero, banana boat is 6% but still good, Ella bache sunbloc foundation offers a high sim% of both titanium dioxide and other physical sunbloc. Skin Care For Women With Dark Complexions
When it comes to skin care ... One size does not fit all! Skin care must be different for different people depending on their skin type, skin color and problem areas. And to have healthy skin you should consider all factors and follow a lifestyle that suits your specific needs and requirements.
Here are some things that women with dark skin should to know about their skin and some tips for good and great skin care.
The Nature of Dark Skin
Dark skin color is due to having more melanin in the tissues as compared to other skin color. People with dark skin are generally easier day captain damage or skin cancer. However, that does not mean they are completely immune to it. Dark skin people still at risk of sunburns, damage and skin cancer and therefore must implement beware.
Protection
In order to keep your skin healthy, you need to make sure you well protected from the sun and its damaging UV rays. Even people with dark skin in general is a natural SPF of 13, they still need to use sunscreen while venturing out today. SPF 13 just means that you can stay on the day without getting burns 13 times longer than other people. But you really need protection beyond that! A healthy skin care consists of living a good broad spectrum sunscreen.
Sunscreens absorb the harmful ultra-violet radiations of the sun, meaning the UVA and UVB rays before they penetrate the skin and therefore will keep you protected. There are also sunblocks that work by creating a protective layer on the skin and therefore reflect the UV rays out. In this way when the rays reach the surface of the skin, they just bounce off. Ideally, an SPF 15 is enough for people with dark skin. This is to ensure that you will spend 15 times more sunlight that your skin without getting damaged. However, if you have specific medical conditions such as lupus, is subject to drugs or have dark marks and discolorations, like a sunscreen with SPF 30. Always make sure you have a wide spectrum sunscreen, one that protects against UVA as well as UVB rays of the sun.
Tips to Use Sunscreen
Wear sunscreen daily when you venture out today.
Apply sunscreen at least 20 minutes before you expose your skin today. Slather make sure you have enough sunscreen all over the exposed areas of your body including the neck, arms, hands and feet.
Reapply sunscreen after every 2 hours especially if you are swimming, generally exercise or sweating a lot.
Do not use sunscreens that past their expiration date or after a year.
Apply sunscreen before applying You make-up.
Use a sunscreen that suits your skin type.
Skin Care living
Clean your face with a good Cleanser about twice a day - once in the morning and once at night. This will remove all the accumulated dirt and sebum within the skin pores with any residual make-up particle. Do not avoid abrasive cleansers that can irritate your skin. Massage the cleanser gently on your face in circular motions. People with skin should slide stick to the light oil-free cleansing gels while those with dry skin can use to creamy cleansers.
