How do I get my hair and nails to grow faster?
I used to have long hair down the middle of my back and cut short for work, and it's taking too long to be back out, also stopped biting my nails and they were taking too long to be back out. I care an 8 month old, is there anything I can do safely?
OH this is an easy one (I'd get it if you saw my nails!) Lavender eucaliptis oil and oil Also use Avon's Hard as Diamonds treatment purple bottle. It has to be Avon's and is in the purple bottle! Once upon a time, then I had my daughter, my nails have become thin particulatly. Hard as diamonds is diamond dust in it that hardens your nails in each application. But you to moisturize the cuticles with lavender oil and eucalyptus oil including under the nails. Give the whole nailbed a good massage. & HAPPYNAILGROWTH! Are there any vitamins or something I can use to make my hair and nails grow faster?
I dyed my hair and injury (went from blonde to brunette and then back to blonde) so I want it to be out and I hit my nails and half its fall so I want it to be faster any advice about what I can use / do?
"Most of the vitamins are derived from food. It is usually prescribed by specialists but some are also available over the counter. However, it is better to consult a specialist before using these products. There are also hundreds of websites providing information about these products. They can also be ordered online.
