What should I use to clean my Nikon D90's sensor?
I found out yesterday that my sensor is getting a bit dusty and has a side there has seen something like a small fiber optic. I decided to clean it, but I am not really sure what to use for that? I heard about many Giotto Rocket, but am not sure if it's just air blower would be enough. Like Giotto Rocket Air Blower is good enough for cleaning it? Thanks!
Just use a hand-driven blower bulb. Point the camera down, find the menu item for sensor cleaning, use that to flip the mirror up, then Shots use a pair of air to clean it. Do not use canned, air pressure. You can also make wet cleaning (search around for it), but I do not have the guts to try that. About once a year to bring my camera body know a good shop to clean it with them. I think they charge $ 15 each.
A fiber-rich foods for constipation
Treatment does not mean simply prescribing a laxative. The treatment includes re-education of patients. Constipation can be tackled effectively with a fiber-rich diet, plenty of fluids and exercise.
Approximately 30 gm of fiber a day is necessary to keep the digestive system in good working condition. Foods from animal sources contain very little or no fiber. Fiber-rich vegetables include turnip, cake, radish, beans, cabbage, cucumber, potatoes, corn, broccoli, peas, carrots, onion, tomato, green pepper, bitter gourd, asparagus, brinjal, beetroot, sprouts, leafy vegetables and cauliflower.
Fiber-rich fruits including avocado, guava, apricot, fig, date, gooseberry, mango, orange, pear, Bel, apple, jamun, papaya, pomegranate, plum, peach, kiwi fruit and grapes.
