my hair is damaged and weak but i have no split ends yet, and it can get frizzy.
i just bought and tried the herbal essences breaks over leave in cream once and it makes it really soft, but what i really want to know is if it strengthens hair. so does it strenghthen??

i use dove moisturizing shampoo/conditioner and sunsilk hydra tlc conditioner. then i apply breaks over leave in cream.
