What type of "Christmas Tree" suitable to plant it at local cemetery? narrow land,less care and water,full sun?

price not more than S$100 p/tree
Traditionally Cypress trees are planted in cemeteries for the very reasons you have stated.
They grow upwards with a vigorous growth rate and do not have great
width, thus being economical with space. The "Italian" variety are
considered the best for this, however you may see a different variety that you prefer at the tree nursery. I do not know what may be available as you have not stated where you are.
